I am from Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil or other non CS/IT background?

Yes, definitely. However, knowledge of core java is assumed. If you are not comfortable then we recommend doing Job Oriented Java course first.

Fee structure of Job Oriented Advanced Java 1?

Course fee is to be paid at the time of joining. Under "Pay After Placement Scheme" 1/12 of CTC as placement fee is to be given after getting placed through Trisect.
